📋 Our Complaint Process
All complaints are reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days. Our moderation team carefully reviews each case and makes decisions based on:- Compliance with Dutch and EU laws
- Our community standards
- Platform safety and user protection
- Evidence provided in the complaint
Review, Appeals and Possible Outcomes
Any person may report content that may be illegal, non-consensual, abusive, or otherwise violates our Terms, Policies, Community Standards, or applicable law.
After receiving a complaint, NovaMedia will review the reported content, any supporting evidence, account records, consent records, and other relevant information. All valid complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days.
If a complainant, creator, or affected person disagrees with a decision, they may submit an appeal by contacting us at mail@novamedia.top. Appeals will be reviewed again by a responsible compliance representative. Where required by applicable law, or where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the matter may be referred to an independent or neutral dispute resolution body.
Possible outcomes may include:
- The reported content remains available if no violation is found.
- The content may be temporarily disabled while the review is pending.
- The content may be permanently removed.
- The creator or user account may be warned, suspended, or terminated.
- Relevant authorities may be contacted where required by law.
Request Content Removal
This form is specifically for individuals who are depicted in content and wish to request its removal.

For depicted persons only: This procedure is exclusively for persons who are themselves visible in the content.
Identity verification required: To process your request, we require valid identity verification.
Processing time: Requests are reviewed as quickly as possible and resolved within five (5) business days. Content may be temporarily disabled during the review where appropriate.
Appeal Procedure for Depicted Persons
Any person depicted in content available on NovaMedia may submit a request or appeal for the removal of such content if they believe that consent was not given, consent has been withdrawn, consent is void under applicable law, or the content otherwise violates applicable law or our policies.
After receiving a request or appeal, NovaMedia will review the reported content, relevant consent records, identity and age verification records, account information, and any evidence provided by the requesting person or creator.
If the investigation determines that consent was not given, cannot be verified, has been withdrawn where legally applicable, or is void under applicable law, the content will be removed.
If the requesting person, creator, or any affected party disagrees with the result of the appeal, the disagreement may be referred to an independent and neutral dispute resolution body or other competent neutral authority, where required by applicable law.
Possible outcomes of an appeal include:
- The content is permanently removed.
- The content remains unavailable while additional verification is pending.
- The content remains available if valid consent and compliance records are confirmed.
- The creator or user account may be warned, suspended, or terminated.
- The matter may be referred to a neutral dispute resolution body or competent authority.
